No one deserves to lose what he/she has worked so hard for in just an instant. BPI MS will help you recover after a typhoon, flooding, accident, or other perils covered by your BPI MS Insurance policy. Should you or your loved ones or those that you value be affected by such incidents, here’s how you can file a claim request:
- At the onset of an incident affecting your covered property or loved ones, the principal insured/beneficiary must notify BPI MS immediately by calling (02) 8840-9000 or by sending an e-mail at [email protected]. For motor vehicle-related insurance claims, you may reach (02) 8840-9999 or 8840-9966 for quicker response.
- Prepare the appropriate documents necessary based on the following checklist. Make sure to download the appropriate forms and fill them out legibly.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Evaluation of claims request for issuance of LOA or claims proceeds will commence only after submission of all basic requirements. For policy holders with motor vehicle insurance, the inspection of the damaged insured or third-party vehicle may be scheduled concurrently while the basic requirements are being gathered by the insured.
